Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to save the date for the inaugural German Translational Oligonucleotide Symposium (GTOS 2027).

14–16 April 2027
Heidelberg, Germany

GTOS 2027 will bring together researchers, clinicians, industry representatives, regulatory and HTA experts, manufacturing specialists, and patient-centered stakeholders to advance the translation of oligonucleotide-based therapies for rare diseases.

The first edition will focus on rare neurological diseases and address the full translational pathway—from disease rationale and preclinical development to clinical translation, individualized treatment approaches, regulation, HTA, and sustainable implementation.

The 2.5-day program will include pre-symposium workshops, an opening keynote, scientific and translational sessions, flash talks and poster presentations, a curated industry showcase, networking opportunities, and a conference dinner.

Registration and poster/abstract submission will open on 1 September 2026.
